The Brief

GFA (Aust) Pty Ltd asked WiseInternet to build a fully integrated ecommerce system that includes the ability to sell their vast product range to new and existing customers.

The Solution

WiseInternet were asked to implement the WiseShopper System. Customers are issued with an account login and password to access the catalogue. This allows the customer to order products from various categories and select their choice of delivery option. Real time secure credit card payment processing is required for new customers. The WiseShopper System will allow pre-approved customers to order and receive a pro-forma invoice and pay under their usual terms. Delivery charges may be determined by the total order cost. A minimum order quantity may be applied to any or all products in the catalogue.

The GFA catalogue is accessible via login only and is restriced to GFA retailers. Consumer information websites have been built for those wishing to view the products and seek further information, see www.bys.com.au

The WiseShopper administration area allows GFA staff to edit product information and access order detail, delivery, payment and customer information quickly and easily.

The WiseShopper System

The WiseShopper System includes a long list of standard features including a custom interface design, an online shopping catalogue, a content management system and an email newsletter application. The website was custom designed, newsletter templates were provided and all required content and images were transferred from their old website into the new one. These services were all inclusive of the WiseShopper System package. Search engine optimisation is also standard when purchasing the WiseShopper System package. The website receives daily live server statistics and an online help system is available 24/7.
