1. Register your email with WiseInternet Email Quarantine.
To access the new quarantine system, you need to register your email address.
- Visit http://quarantine.wiseinternet.net.au.
- Click the "Register" link.
- Enter your email address in the "Email Address" field then click the "Register" button. The system will then send a password to your email address. Use this password to login to WiseInternet Email Quarantine.
2. Log in.
Once your email address is registered and you have received your password you can now login and access WiseInternet Email Quarantine.
- Visit http://quarantine.wiseinternet.net.au.
- Enter your email address and password in the relevant fields. Click the "Login" button.
- You will be logged in and taken directly to your spam list.
3. Change your password.
We recommend that you change your password to something you will remember. One of the better options is to make it the same as your email account password.
- When logged in to WiseInternet Email Quarantine, click the "Change Password" link in the left hand side menu.
- Enter your current password, then your new password in the relative fields. Press the "Save" button. Your password will be updated immediately.
4. Manage your spam.
The "Spam List" page is the main page for managing your spam. You are diverted to your "Spam List" whenever you login to the system. If you navigate away from the "Spam List" page there is a "Spam List" link in the left hand side menu.
- Identifying emails you want to receive: Start looking through your list for legitimate emails and click the adjacent checkbox. When you have ticked each email you would like to receive click the "Deliver" link (found at the top and bottom of the list on the right hand side). These email addresses will then be "white-listed".
- Deleting Spam: Ensuring you have already delivered any legitimate emails, you can delete the remaining unwanted emails by clicking the checkbox below the "Delete" button in the blue bar. Then press the "Delete" button to remove all unwanted emails.
Current Webmail Anti-Spam System
The current Anti-Spam system linked to your Webmail can be used in conjunction with WiseInternet Email Quarantine but if you would prefer to only check one location for spam the Webmail Anti-Spam can be disabled.
- Disabling Webmail Anti-Spam: Login to your webmail http://mail.wiseinternet.com.au/mail/.
- Click "Settings" in the top menu, then click "Anti Spam" in the left hand side menu.
- Uncheck the "Instant Anti Spam" checkbox.
